Thank you for shopping at Out of Africa-Aurora Curio. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made, perishable, or clearance items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Items returned after 30 days.
  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at outofafrica@iway.na within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at outofafrica@iway.na with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship your item to:

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
